Standard visit: mowing, string trimming around obstacles, edging along the driveway and sidewalks, and blowing clippings off all hard surfaces (driveway, walkways, patio).
Full-service visit: everything in Standard, plus bed tidying, detail edging, seasonal touch-ups, and a post-service walkthrough.
Standard residential mowing starts at a $50 minimum and typically runs about $50–$190 per visit depending on lot size and service level. Addresses on or near an existing route day can land at the low end of the range. Larger and estate properties, seasonal cleanups, and full grounds care are quoted higher after a quick look at photos or a walk-through.
Every property gets one flat per-visit price — the same price weekly, biweekly, or as a one-time visit on a maintained lawn. Recurring simply holds your standing spot on the route. Overgrown or long-neglected lawns are quoted by condition from photos.
We accept all major forms of payment: credit and debit cards, tap-to-pay, cash, and check. We can send an invoice by text or email, whatever’s easiest for you. No card surcharges. You don’t pay extra for the convenience of paying.
If conditions make the work unsafe or harmful to the lawn (sustained heavy rain, lightning, or frozen ground), we reschedule. You'll get the text the moment we know, not the morning of.
No. As long as we can access the yard (gate code or unlocked, dogs sorted), we work whether you're home or not. You'll get a text with photos and a summary when the visit's done.
Recurring service: 14 days' written notice (a text counts). One-time visits: 24 hours.
We photograph it immediately, text you before we leave the property, and document it on our end. Damage caused during service is covered by our general liability policy per the policy's terms.
We don't apply chemicals, fertilizer, or pesticides. We don't fell trees, grind stumps, repair irrigation, repair hardscape (pavers, walls, concrete), clean gutters, or remove snow. If you ask for any of those, we'll point you to someone local who does that work well.
